Haresh struggles with keeping his business afloat amidst the changing demographic and gentrification of the neighbourhood. At the same time, his son, Akash, faces off against what he wants from his life, as the prospect of graduation looms closer. The desires of the father and son clash as they each seek different things from the American Dream.
